Aren’t all limousine services the same?
How far in advance should I book?
The best way is always to book as far in advance as you can! Things like weddings are often booked a year in advance, filling up our availability. Saturdays are always the busiest day of the week. Book as early as possible to get the perfect limousine for your event at the very time you want!
Do I need to know where I am going when I book?
You can book the service without pick-up and drop-off locations, but please let us know the details as soon as you have them available.
Are minors allowed?
Yes, at the time of booking, you must inform us if there will be minors on board at any time. As a liquor-licensed service, we provide alcohol on board, and it is essential for us to be aware of any underage passengers. Failure to disclose the presence of minors may result in additional charges.
Can we play our own music on the bus?
Yes, all the buses have bluetooth controls but that’s not all, control the volume of your tunes too!
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Unfortunately no, it is illegal to bring your own alcohol on any limos. We have to supply the alcohol as per our SLGA liquor license.
How do we get drinks once we’re onboard?
We’ll serve you! Aboard each vehicle is a server that pours the drinks and lets you focus on the fun!
How do we pay for drinks on the bus?
The bar accepts cash, debit/credit. You can start a tab or pay as you go!
Can we bring our own food?
Yes, you certainly can! We recommend bringing along light, no-mess snacks for the best experience. Please remember, there is a cleaning fee for any mess left behind.
What if I forget something on the bus?
Please call us as soon as you realize you left something behind. All of our vehicles are cleaned at the end of the service and all lost items are placed in the lost and found bin. Lost items can be retrieved at our office during office hours, Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm.
